Shipping Instructions
Please give us your complete street address and PO Box.

We consider an order to be definite on receipt of full payment. Bank cheques only please.

Personal cheques are accepted but you may have to wait up to 10 days for your cheque to clear before we start on your order. Make cheques out to: Hyde Accordions.

$20 service charge on all returned cheques.

Trial Period: 
We offer a 7 day (from when you receive the goods) trial period on our instruments. (not on parts or accessories).

We consider an item sold if we are not notified by registered mail within 7 days of your receipt of goods (no exceptions).

Since all our instruments are made to order, we tend not to have instruments in stock, however, we can start design work for you on receipt of a $250 deposit. The balance of the cost can be paid over time (contact us for details), but the instrument will not be shipped until payment is made in full. Progress payments may be requested during the final construction stage.

Due to the high cost of processing small orders, we must charge a minimum $12.00 shipping charge. For large items and orders outside of Australia, call for charges. The customer pays ALL shipping, packing and handling charges (we will bill for excess charges).

We insure all shipments. If you receive damaged goods contact the shipping company at once.

Delivery Times: 
This will vary depending on our backlist. (Please remember that ALL our instruments are crafted to order)

If an order is cancelled, a $250 cancellation fee is charged. Our instruments are custom-made to suit a specific customer's criteria, and materials and labor costs must be covered.

Refunds: We are happy to grant refunds within our 7day trial period. Costs of return are to be paid by the customer. Instruments must be returned in the same condition that they were sent to you in. Orders that are not paid for within one month of notification of completion will be considered cancelled. If an order is cancelled after completion, then 30% of the cost of the instrument is forfeited by the customer.

Outside Australia: 
All shipping charges to be determined individually. Payment for foreign customers will be accepted in Australian dollars only via an International Money Order or Telegraphic Transfer.

We offer a life time (Stormy's life) guarantee on all parts made by us; this excludes bellows, reeds, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by misuse..
